EngineeringUK has been working with Ferrari to develop a series of events across the country to inspire young people to consider an apprenticeship.
Ten Ferrari dealerships are to host local schools for an Open Day to learn about Ferrari Apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week (5-9 March). Students will have the chance to visit the workshop and learn about Ferrari technology, the apprenticeship programme and potential job opportunities.
EngineeringUK has supported Ferrari on the planning, organisation and management of this activity. Our employer support team has been advising and guiding each Ferrrari Dealership, working with them to create an engaging and stimulating event that inspires young people to consider a career in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths).
Apprentices who successfully complete the training programme are offered a full-time role with their local Ferrari dealership.
The dealerships taking part are in Birmingham, Colchester, Edinburgh, Egham, Leeds, London, Lyndhurst, Nottingham, Swindon and Wilmslow.
