EngineeringUK’s purpose is to “… inspire people to pursue careers in engineering and technology”. To help us achieve this, we develop high quality, independent resources in a variety of formats that inform both young people and their influencers. These are used to highlight the huge scope of rewarding career opportunities available in our sector.

We have recently updated our careers materials. A leaflet about engineering, posters, lesson activites and route maps can now be found at www.tomorrowsengineers.org.uk/resources

We also facilitate the Careers Advisory Panel who advise the community on science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers information.

Additionally, we collaborate with other organisations who work in our sector – as well as government departments – to make sure that engineering and technology features objectively and correctly within the wider science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers portfolio. Some examples of this include Future Morph  and Maths Careers.
