We have an estimated 7% share of the global pharmaceutical market and have been a leader in developing respiratory medicines for more than 40 years. We are one of the world’s largest over the-counter medicines company with global brands such as Sensodyne and Panadol and are the largest vaccines manufacturer.
Which areas are you focusing recruitment on over the next five years and why?
We will continue to recruit across a range of disciplines within the STEM area, at all levels of the organisation. Specifically to engineering, we will be recruiting apprentices, graduates and experienced professionals in mechanical, chemical, electrical and automation engineering.
Our engineers play a crucial role throughout the organisation; whether it’s in innovation within the research and development phase of a medicine, vaccine or consumer healthcare product; developing the packing or device to administer one of our products; or maintaining the equipment or facilities where we make our products.
