We are an inclusive, hardworking team, passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers and creating a diverse future workforce that enables the UK to thrive.
Our employees are our greatest asset and we have an inclusive and welcoming culture. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and we are committed to a mixture of both remote and office working. As such, colleagues work in our vibrant central London office 2 days per week (40% for those who work part time) with the flexibility to work remotely at other times.
To help new starters settle into the organisation, we run a work buddy scheme. We'll set you up with a work buddy, who will help introduce you to our work culture, social activities and benefits.
We offer a competitive salary as part of a generous wider benefits package, which includes:
Annual leave and volunteering days
All staff benefit from 28 days of holiday each year, as well as the opportunity to have an extra 2 days per year to volunteering for a good cause. In addition, we normally close between Christmas and New Year.
All staff are eligible to participate in an annual bonus opportunity linked to organisational performance.
Employer pension contribution
We offer a generous employer contribution of 10%, on top of your employee contribution, to help you save for the future.
We offer a range of family friendly benefits and policies, including paid carers leave, enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave.
We embrace flexible working and operate a core hours policy, where you can vary your working day starting from 8 am to 10 am and leave from 4 pm to 6 pm. We also offer hybrid working (up to 60% remote working) and are happy to discuss requests for other flexible working options.
Free annual health checks
All employees who have completed their probation and are over 40 get a free annual health check, helping to ensure your good health is always a priority. This benefit is also available to those who have completed their probationary period and who are over the age of 35 with 3 years length of service.
Training and Development
We regularly review training and development needs and offer tailored development opportunities depending on individual needs. Additionally, we provide regular all staff training, in areas such as mental health awareness and topics relating to equity, diversity and inclusion.
We have a vibrant office based in Central London with a terrace overlooking the Thames embankment and Tower Bridge.
Our London office has a subsidised onsite gym. We offer annual flu vaccinations, an employee assistance programme and long term illness cover (permanent health insurance). We also offer 4 x life insurance or death in service benefit.
