A stamp of approval
We're pleased to announce the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) quality mark, ‘Verified Climate Education Resource’ has been granted to EUK Education’s Climate Schools Programme classroom resources.

This accreditation, conducted by experts from the society, signifies the resources adhere to their strict quality control framework. Resources which receive this accreditation are considered contain clear, up-to-date, reliable and reputable sources of information, as well as being safe from being misused out of context. They are also deemed to provide excellent teacher support, allowing them to increase their own knowledge and personal development whilst teaching the subject to young people effectively.
Kim Biddulph, Head of Engagement Programmes at EngineeringUK said, "As the leading independent expert in weather and climate, the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) has an important role to ensure that climate education is accurate and high quality, and we are delighted that the Climate Schools Programme has been successfully accredited."
The Climate Schools Programme was built by EUK Education, our schools facing education hub, to teach young people a solutions-based approach to climate change. With a particular focus on engineering and technology careers, it introduces jobs students could go into in the future to help achieve net zero. The accreditation of the programme is a great achievement for EUK Education and its reputation for excellent educational resources and programmes.
