Transport for London

TfL was created in 2000 and is the integrated body responsible for the planning, delivery and day-to-day operation of London’s public transport system. Its main role is to implement the Mayor’s Transport Strategy and manage services across London, for which the Mayor has ultimate responsibility. TfL employs over 22,400 people.
