Tomorrow’s Engineers Week

About Tomorrow’s Engineers Week

Tomorrow’s Engineers Week is an annual national campaign designed to celebrate and showcase careers in engineering and technology. Each year, thousands of students across the UK take part in the week-long celebration. The Week is your chance to share inspiring stories about real people and jobs in the industry.

A week of inspiration

From assemblies to Q&A sessions with real engineers, young people get the chance to find out more about jobs in engineering and tech. And like all our programmes, it’s free for schools to register. In 2025, more than 60,000 young people from schools across the UK took part.

Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2026 will take place from 9 to 13 November.

This year’s theme, Shape our future, will young people show how the industry tackles the real-world challenges they care about. And how they can help shape future solutions by taking up one of the many STEM careers.

The Week will also celebrate the great work engineers and technologists are doing to help solve these challenges right now. Helping students connect STEM to the world around them, the Week will also raise awareness of the industry’s importance in our collective future.

This November EngineeringUK marks its 25th anniversary. As part of #TEWeek26 we're inviting everyone across the engineering and technology community to join us in making a pledge for the future.
