Celebrate with us: Tomorrow’s Engineers Week begins today!
Join us to inspire young people to dare to discover engineering and technology careers 10 to 14 November.

Now in its 13th year, we’re aiming to encourage over 55,000 young people in schools across the UK to develop their passion for engineering this Tomorrow’s Engineers Week. This year’s theme, Dare to discover, showcases how trial and error are at the heart of all engineering and tech careers. With hand-on activities and inspiring real-life stories we’re teaching students how to question, test to learn more and discover their own path. We’re also showing students the exciting future careers that could be instore for them if they pursue engineering and tech.
This year’s resources include an assembly and lesson plans, a video series and a Q&A with our expert panel.
There’s still time to take part!
If you’d like to share your story and inspire the next generation, use our toolkit to brand your social media posts or help self-shoot a video that will connect. This year we’re looking for stories that spotlight curiosity, creativity and the lessons we learn when things don’t go to plan. Could you share how you found your way to a career in engineering? Is there something surprising about your role? Or was there a project that was shaped by trial and error? Share what you’ve discovered and use our templates, social media assets and our hashtag #TEWeek25 to connect with us throughout the week.
If you’re involved in schools’ outreach, why not share our resources with your contacts and help students dare to discover a passion for STEM.
